I am a passionate and committed leader, with 20 years’ experience in the heating sector as a marketing specialist. I am motivated by making a positive difference for employees, customers and our communities.
I have extensive experience of working across the full marketing mix, from strategic board level planning through to operational delivery.
My specialist areas of work include, but are not limited to: marketing strategy, B2B customer experience, B2B loyalty programmes, building high performing teams, marketing budget review and optimisation, identifying ways to measure marketing performance and improving results.
The marketing landscape is always changing. You can trust me to understand the jargon so you don’t have to. I know how important your time is, I distill information into practical strategies and plans that can be understood and delivered.
Coaching experience
I coach leaders, managers and teams to improve their effectiveness and achieve their career ambitions. I enjoy having an honest and hardworking relationship with my clients, supporting them to make lasting change. I am a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and follow their Competency Framework and Global Code of Ethics for Coaching and Mentoring.
I use a combination of my expert knowledge, experience and ability to deliver results at individual and organisational level through targeted coaching and NLP techniques. My specialist areas of work include, but are not limited to: leadership, career development, emotional intelligence, behavioural change and change management.
With over 500 hours of practical 121 coaching experience, I have supported people managers and leaders to achieve their goals.

I am results driven and customer focused. For anyone working in a B2B sector, you will know how challenging it can be to link marketing efforts to a sale. I enjoy finding ways to overcome those hurdles and to support decision making up to board level.
